We live in a world that is so very different from the one we grew up in and the one we were educated in. The world today is changing at such an accelerated rate that we, as educators, need to pause and reflect on the entire system. A well-polished set of soft skills play a very important role in the success of an individual. For ages, educators have had their undivided attention to the honing of occupational skills. But, we live in unprecedented times making it necessary to devise action plans and goals that cater to the needs of the learners of the 21st century. In the Middle Wing, besides rigorous scholastic programmes, we seek to develop and nurture the different facets of a child. We encourage all students to participate in a host of curricular and co-curricular activities-from art, dance, drama and public speaking to a variety of sports and games.
