CLASS NURSERY – CLASS IX
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Age Criteria for Class Nursery to Sr. Kg.:

Class Age as on 31.03.2024 Child born between DOB
Nursery 3 to 4 years 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021
Jr. Kg. 4 to 5 years 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020
Sr. Kg. 5 to 6 years 01.04.2018 to 31.03.2019

  • ⮞ Applicants can register online from 01.03.2024 to 15.03.2024.
  • ⮞ The duly filled in registration form for class Nursery to IX can be submitted in the school from 01.03.2024 (Friday) to 15.03.2024 (Friday) between 09.00am to 12.00 noon on all working days. Please note class Nursery to Sr. Kg. parents should submit registration form with the supporting documents.
  • ⮞ Please ensure name on the registration form should be as per Birth Certificate (Class Nursery – Sr. Kg.) and Progress report of previous school (Class I – IX)
  • ⮞ The Above age criteria and other conditions for admission are subject to change as per the policies recommended by New National Education Policy – 2020.
  • ⮞ Payment of Registration Fee of INR 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only), (Non Refundable) to be paid online.
  • ⮞ Parents are advised not to fill more than one form for an applicant. Separate registration form should be filled for twins and siblings. Please ensure separate mobile number is used while log in for multiple applications.
  • ⮞ Kindly visit the school website regularly for any updates.
  • ⮞ Submission of Registration Form does not guarantee admission.

Points to be considered before taking admission:

  • ⮞ Admission fee must be deposited within 3 days after the confirmation of admission.
  • ⮞ No fee will be refunded, once admission formalities are completed (Provisional admission number allotted)
  • ⮞ Transport will be provided on existing routes only. Please refer school bus routes available on the school website. Customized routes on school bus will not be entertained. Kindly ensure availability of transport facility before taking admission. Moreover there is no provision for using 2 different modes of transport in the morning and afternoon. Kindly note that pre – primary school bus routes are limited and different from senior school bus routes.
  • ⮞ The school discourages students commuting to school via private vans keeping in mind their safety and well being.
  • ⮞ It is the responsibility of the parents to clarify school transport related details before initiating the admission process. Request for change in bus route will not be entertained after admission.
  • ⮞ All the relevant documents will be verified during admission process. The applicants shall produce the relevant documents in original at the time of verification along with SELF ATTESTED photocopies.

Nursery to Sr. Kg. (Submit Hard copy of Registration Form with Supporting Documents)

  • Self Attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate of child issued by the Municipal Corporation/Competent Authority (Birth Certificate will not be accepted without child’s name)
  • Self Attested Photocopy of Residence Proof

  • ⮞ Latest copy of fee receipt of the sibling in case sibling studying in DPS Nerul. Fee receipts of cousins should not be submitted.
  • ⮞ Aadhar card of the child and parents
  • ⮞ Parent’s qualification documents
  • ⮞ Parent (Mother / Father) alumni proof (if any)

CLASS I to IX (Submit Hardcopy of Registration Form ONLY)

  • ⮞ Progress report of the previous grade / class of the student
  • ⮞ Midterm report of the current grade / class of the student
  • ⮞ Scanned Aadhar card of the child and parents
  • ⮞ Scanned passport size photo of Student and Parents

    Registration procedure at a glance

    Step 1 : Fill the registration form
    Step 2 : Upload scanned copies of relevant documents
    Step 3 : Click on “Submit” button for online payment of registration fee
    Step 4 : Generation of “Registration Number” after successful payment
    Step 5 : Note the registration number for future reference
    Step 6 : Please take a print of the registration form and submit in school on given schedule.
