• Class EY1 (Nursery) to EY3 (Senior Kg.): The duly filled in registration form along with supporting documents should be submitted in the school on the above mentioned dates. Please note all the supporting documents MUST be attached with the registration form to avoid rejection of the application.
• Stage 2 (Class I) to Stage 3 (Class II) : The duly filled in registration form should be submitted in the school on the above mentioned date and time.
• Please note it is MANDATORY to submit the hardcopy of registration form in the school.
• The above age criteria and other conditions for admission are subject to change as per the policies recommended by New National Education Policy – 2020.
• Payment of Registration Fee of INR 2300/- (Rupees Two Thousand Three Hundred only), (Non Refundable) to be paid online.

• Any request for concessions or changes to the prescribed admission timeline or dates will not be entertained.

• Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission.
• The list of candidates for admission will be updated on the school website.
• Kindly visit the school website regularly for any updates.

D. Points to remember while filling up the form

• Please ensure name on the registration form should be as per Birth Certificate (Class EY1 to EY3) and Report card of previous school (Class I onwards)

• Parents are advised not to fill more than one form for an applicant. Separate registration form should be filled for twins and siblings.

Following documents are required for the online uploading

EY1 to EY3 (Submit hardcopy of Registration Form with following documents)

• Self-Attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate of child issued by the Municipal Corporation/Competent Authority (Birth Certificate will not be accepted without child’s name)
• Self-Attested Photocopy of Residence Proof

• Latest copy of fee receipt of the sibling in case sibling studying in DPS Nerul. Fee receipts of cousins should not be submitted.
• Aadhar card of the child and parents
• Parent’s qualification documents
• Parent (Mother / Father) alumni proof (if any)

Classes Stage 2 and Stage 3   (Only registration form to be submitted in the school)

• Progress report of the previous grade / class of the student
• Mid Term Progress Report, if available
• Scanned Aadhar card of the child and parents
• Scanned passport size photo of Student and Parents

• This is an electronic registration form for DPS Nerul, Navi Mumbai only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form to avoid rejection of your application.
• Please fill in each entry of the form. Write NA in columns which are not applicable to you.
• Please check all the details and spelling and mobile number / E-mail id before submitting the page

Please note:

1. Kindly ensure that you enter correct email id and contact number during registration.
2. You will not receive any e-mail if the transaction fails. You are advised to try again.

E. Points to be considered before taking admission:

• Admission fee must be deposited as per the schedule after the confirmation of admission.
• Transport will be provided on existing routes only. Please refer school bus routes available on the school website. Customized routes on school bus will not be entertained. Kindly ensure availability of transport facility before taking admission. Moreover there is no provision for using 2 different modes of transport in the morning and afternoon. Kindly note that pre – primary school bus routes are limited and different from senior school bus routes.
• It is the responsibility of the parents to clarify school transport related details before initiating the admission process. Request for change in bus route will not be entertained after admission.
• All the relevant documents will be verified during admission process. The applicants shall produce the relevant documents in original at the time of verification along with SELF ATTESTED photocopies.
• School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate should be submitted within 15 days from the commencement of the academic session.
• Aadhar card of the student is mandatory at the time of admission.

 F. Fee Refund Policy

• Withdrawal up to 31^st March 2027: The admission fee shall be non-refundable. One month’s tuition fee shall be retained towards administrative charges and the balance eligible amount, if any shall be refunded.
• Withdrawal from 1^st April to 10^th April 2027: The admission fee shall be non-refundable. The applicable amount towards other fees shall be refunded after adjustment of any applicable dues.
• Withdrawal from 11^th April to 10^th May 2027: The admission fee shall be nonrefundable. An amount equivalent to two months fee shall be retained and the balance eligible amount shall be refunded.
• Withdrawal after 10^th May 2027: No refund of fees shall be admissible after 10^th May 2027.
